This policy explains how Purvey Kitchen sells and ships alcoholic drinks, food, and drink products, and the rules that protect customers, delivery partners, and our team. It covers age restrictions, verification, shipping, allergen and food safety, returns and customs, data use, and compliance. By ordering from Purvey Kitchen you agree to these terms.

1. Age Restricted Sales and Verification

Legal minimums

United Kingdom minimum purchase age for alcohol is 18.

United States minimum purchase age for alcohol is 21.

Other countries have varying minimum ages and local rules. It is your responsibility to ensure you comply with the law in your delivery destination.

Age verification at purchase

We require robust age verification for all alcohol purchases. You must provide accurate name, billing address, shipping address, and contact details at checkout. Orders that cannot be verified will be cancelled.

Age verification at delivery

Deliveries containing alcohol may require presentation of valid photographic ID at the point of delivery. Acceptable ID types will be listed at checkout and may vary by carrier and destination. If the recipient cannot produce acceptable ID the carrier will refuse delivery and the order will be returned to Purvey Kitchen.

Refusal of sale

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order where age cannot be verified or where we reasonably suspect the order is for a minor or for unlawful resale.

2. Shipping Alcohol Food and Drink

Carrier and destination rules

International shipping of alcohol is complex and often restricted. Some countries prohibit import of alcohol or require licences and special carrier arrangements. Purvey Kitchen complies with carrier rules and destination laws. If a destination prohibits alcohol import we will cancel the alcohol portion of the order and notify you.

Customs, taxes and duties

International orders may be subject to customs inspection, import taxes, duties, or other fees. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient unless otherwise stated. Delays, seizure, or return by customs are outside our control and do not automatically entitle you to a refund.

Packaging and Labelling

Alcohol and perishable food items are packaged to meet carrier requirements and to protect product integrity. Perishable items are shipped with appropriate temperature control where required. All products are labelled with required information including alcohol by volume where applicable.

Delivery Restrictions and Reattempts

Carriers may require an adult signature for alcohol deliveries. Reattempts, storage fees, or return shipping costs resulting from failed delivery attempts may be charged to the customer.

3. Allergens Food Safety and Product Information

Allergen declarations

Product pages include ingredient lists and allergen information where provided by suppliers. Common allergens will be highlighted. If you have severe allergies you must not rely solely on online descriptions and should contact support before ordering.

Shelf Life and Storage

Perishable items include best before or use by dates and storage instructions. Follow storage and handling guidance immediately upon receipt.

Food Safety Incidents

If you suspect a product is unsafe, contaminated, or incorrectly labelled, stop using it and contact Purvey Kitchen immediately. Preserve the product and packaging for inspection. We will investigate and, where appropriate, initiate a recall and notify affected customers.

No Implied Medical Advice

Product descriptions are not medical advice. If you have dietary restrictions or medical conditions consult a qualified professional before consuming.

4. Returns Refunds and Customs

Non returnable items

Perishable food, opened food and drink, and alcohol are generally non returnable for hygiene and safety reasons unless faulty or incorrectly supplied.

Faulty or incorrect items

If an item is faulty, damaged in transit, or not as described contact support within 48 hours of delivery with photos and order details. We will arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate and cover return shipping for verified faults.

Customs seizures and international refunds

If customs seize or refuse an alcohol shipment due to local law, we will notify you and refund the product price less shipping and any non-recoverable fees. Refunds for customs issues may take longer while we confirm carrier and customs outcomes.

Chargebacks and disputes

If you dispute a charge with your card issuer before contacting us, we may suspend your account pending investigation. Provide evidence and cooperate with our security team to resolve disputes.

5. Fraud Prevention Account Security and Use of Data

KYC and order verification

To protect customers and staff we perform identity and order verification checks. This includes matching order details to account information and monitoring for suspicious activity such as repeated failed logins, unusual device or location access, and verification failures.

What we do with verification data

Verification data is used to confirm identity, prevent fraud, enforce age restrictions, investigate incidents, and comply with legal obligations. We may share evidence with carriers, payment processors, or law enforcement where required.

Privacy and retention

All personal data is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable data protection law. We retain verification and incident records only as long as necessary for safety, legal compliance, or dispute resolution.

Security monitoring

We monitor for fraudulent activity and may suspend or cancel accounts or orders where fraud is suspected. You will be notified of actions taken and may be asked to provide additional documentation.

6. Responsible Service Compliance and Contact

Some products are supplied by third party partners. Licence agreements and supplier terms may apply. Licence details are available on request for trade partners.

Online Security

You would not visit a department store that had no CCTV or on-site security. Paghalion online is no different. Our Online Security team protects shoppers, hosts, and staff during every live, face-to-face, and group event so you can participate with confidence.

Who the Online Security Team Are and Where They Operate

Who they are

Paghalion Online Security is a trained, professional team of moderators and safeguarding specialists. Team members are trained in de-escalation, safeguarding, evidence preservation, KYC verification, and data protection.

Where they attend

Atelier Sessions — For private Fit Me atelier design sessions and in-person checkout experiences, Security personnel attend discreetly in the atelier.

Remote Sessions — For online events including Book Club, Prive Q&A, Prive Kitchen, Live Music, and other live rooms, Security join remotely and monitor audio, video, and chat.

Always present — Every live face-to-face session, group session, and one-to-one session will have Security on duty.

How to contact Security

You may contact Security only via the private message feature inside the session so as not to interrupt the event. Private messages are monitored and treated confidentially.

What Security Does During Sessions

Active monitoring

Security monitors chat, video, audio, and private messages for safety risks and policy violations.

Immediate interventions

Security will:

Repeat session rules at the start and as needed.

Issue private warnings for minor infractions.

Mute, remove, or terminate participants without warning for serious breaches.

Pause or end a session if safety is at risk.

Safety triggers for immediate removal

Security will remove participants immediately for: nudity or sexualised behaviour, directed harassment or threats, discriminatory or hateful language, attempts to record or stream, and any suspected minor in an age-restricted session.

Support for members

If you feel unsafe, message Security privately. Security will respond promptly and can provide follow-up support and signposting.

Account and Activity Monitoring

Know Your Customer requirement

Access to women-only sessions requires a verified purchase from our store. Orders must include a valid name, billing or shipping address, and contact details. Security checks session rosters against purchase records to deter impersonation, stalking, and fraud.

What we monitor

Security and automated systems check for: frequent incorrect logins, verification failures, unusual device or location activity, multiple accounts linked to the same identity, suspicious payment attempts, and other anomalous behaviour.

Why we monitor

Monitoring protects members and staff, prevents fraud, and preserves the integrity of private sessions. It enables rapid intervention when someone attempts to use an account fraudulently or to harass others.

Evidence, Enforcement, and Escalation

Evidence preservation

When an incident occurs, Security preserves relevant evidence including chat logs, timestamps, screenshots, and KYC verification snapshots. Evidence is stored securely and access is restricted to authorised personnel.

Enforcement actions

Possible actions include warnings, temporary suspension, permanent ban, session termination, account closure, and referral to law enforcement. No refunds will be issued for sessions terminated due to participant misconduct.

Legal escalation

If criminal behaviour is suspected such as threats, stalking, or fraud, Security will preserve evidence and contact the appropriate authorities. We will cooperate with lawful requests from law enforcement.

Privacy, Data Use, Retention, and Appeals

What we use the data for

We use monitoring and verification data to: verify identity, detect and prevent fraud, enforce community rules, investigate incidents, support victims, and comply with legal obligations.

Data protection and retention

All verification and incident data are processed in accordance with applicable data protection law. We retain evidence and incident records only as long as necessary for safety, legal compliance, or dispute resolution and delete them according to our retention schedule. Access to sensitive records is logged and limited.

Appeals and follow up

If you are removed or sanctioned you may appeal by contacting support at atelier@paghalion-fr.com. Appeals are reviewed by management and informed by the Incident Report and preserved evidence.

Contact for urgent concerns

During a live session use the in-room "Message Security" feature. For post-session follow up contact atelier@paghalion-fr.com.

Your safety matters. Paghalion Online Security exists so you can enjoy our community and services with confidence, dignity, and privacy.

1. Overview

Our Made-to-Order ("MTO") service provides a personalised, luxury experience that includes a live checkout session with a personal shopper inside our atelier. Because this service involves direct human interaction, bespoke craftsmanship, and dedicated staff time, the following policy applies to all MTO purchases.

2. Nature of Made-to-Order Items

All MTO purchases are non-refundable

All MTO items are non-returnable and non-exchangeable

Cancellations are not permitted once production begins

If you need to reschedule your live session, you must notify us at least 48 hours in advance.

Verbal abuse

Threats or intimidation

Insults, slurs, or discriminatory language

5.4 Sexual Content or Conduct

You may not:

Attempt to involve staff in non-professional interactions

5.5 Respect for Staff

Paghalion Curate Office

At Paghalion, our Curate Office offers a discreet and highly personalised sourcing service, designed to extend beyond the boundaries of traditional retail.

Via our Curate office we cover 45% of the price for Prive shoppers.

Acting as trusted personal shoppers, we source authentic luxury items on behalf of our clientele—pieces that may not be available within our own retail assortment. Each request is handled with precision and care, in close collaboration with our team of personal stylists, lifestyle curators, home specialists, and select purveyors.

Our intention is to provide a seamless, one-stop experience, where every element of a client's lifestyle can be thoughtfully curated and delivered in harmony.

For example, should a client commission a Paghalion made-to-order design, and the final look calls for a complementary piece from another distinguished house, our curators will discreetly source and deliver the complete ensemble. The result is a cohesive, effortless experience—crafted with attention to detail and without inconvenience to the client.

Each request is overseen by a dedicated curator, ensuring continuity, discretion, and a deeply personalised service.

Unless explicitly stated, Paghalion Curate operates independently and is not affiliated with or sponsored by the brands from which we source. This independence allows us to act solely in the interest of our clients.

Our Curator shops and makes purchases at other retailers as a normal customer, but acting on the behest of our customer.

All luxury brands retailed directly by Paghalion are held under strict licensing agreements and adhere to rigorous authenticity standards, reflecting our ongoing commitment to integrity, trust, and excellence.
