HOW TO SHOP
Shop Ready To Wear (RTW)
Our Ready To Wear items are already in stock and available immediately once they are purchased.
They have standard sizes and styles and are not available to be customised or changed.
Ready To Wear customers can only Checkout with the standard online payments process.
Shop Made To Order (MTO)
Our Made To Order items are produced only after a customer places an order
which allows time and production to customise the fabric and manufacture to your individual fit preferences.
Our Made To order items are only manufactured after a customer has successfully placed an order and successfully completed the payment.
These collections offer a more superior fit and are sold at a higher price point.
Made to Order customers have the added option of shopping through our Prive
1-2-1 live counters which come with a Personal Stylist and instant access to the atelier designers of your Made to Order products.
Quick To Shop (QCK)
Wherever you see the Yellow Quick To Shop icon or a Yellow Pay Button shop with ease and expedience.
On the go and need a pair of gloves, beauty item or food product quickly, shop these items quickly and bypass the long
checkout process.
As an account holder we have your shipping and delivery information for a quick instant purchase.
All Quick To Shop orders over £40.00 are delivered the Next Day by Next Day Delivery. (This does not apply to food items)
Please be aware that Made To Order items with a Quick To Shop option are not mass produced but are produced in limited quantities
in accordance with our waste reduction policies that govern over our Made To Order brands and collections.
These items are limited in stock and sell out quickly.
If one of our Made To Order items on Quick To Shop becomes sold out, you will be notified immediately and given an option to have a full refund or
wait for the item to be produced and sent to you.
Made to Order Apparel & Accessories usually take 10 Business days to manufacture and produce, however Made To Order Furniture,
Toys and Beauty products like perfumes, creams, hair and skin lotions may take longer.
All Quick To Shop orders from Purvey Kitchen over £40.00 receive a 10% Discount, however we do not guarantee a Next Day delivery service at
Purvey Kitchen.
Items ordered after 5pm on Thursday are delivered on the following Monday. (This does not apply to food items)
PAYMENT POLICY

Your credit card will be charged when you place your order. If we are not able to fulfil your order for any reason we will write to you
by letter and email to advise you of matter and to advise you that your payment has been refunded which
will credit back into your account within 3- 5 working days.
RETURNS, REFUNDS AND EXCHANGE POLICY
How To Return An Item
Your item must be in its original unused condition to be returned, unless there is a manufacturer defect.
You must return the item within 28 days of your purchase.
1. Please email refunds@paghalion.com to request a refund and you will be sent a Create A Return link to progress your refund and a tracking number.

These documents can be found in our Returns email which is issued when you click on the Create A Return link
Return Exceptions
Some items can not be returned if they are opened. These include lingerie (with the exception of socks) , swimwear, music, software, and video games.
Merchandise that has been worn, used, or altered will not be accepted for return or exchange.
Restocking Fee
All items are subject to a 10% restocking fee, this will be deducted from your refund.
We also do not refund the original shipping and handling that you paid on the order.
Exchanges
If your clothing item is in new condition, you may exchange your clothing item for a different size or color.
You will not be subject to a restocking fee in this case, but you still will have to pay return shipping.
Standard & Express Deliveries
You will receive your items between 8:00 AM Monday – 10:00 PM on Friday
Selected Made To Order items have Next Day Delivery options available.
If you have booked a Next Day/Express Delivery on Friday your item will arrive the next day on Saturday by Special delivery
If you have booked a Next Day/Express Delivery on Saturday your item will arrive on the Monday before 12:00 NOON.
Shipment Fees
Deliveries to Paris & Cote de Azur regions in France and New York in US are free.
Deliveries outside these areas are as follows:
Standard Delivery £3.99
Next Day Delivery £6.99
If your shipment is late or delayed your Delivery fee will be refunded back to your original payment method within 3 -7 business days.
Free delivery is automatically applied to all orders above £3,000.00.
